Governance is a key issue in the life of a voluntary organisation. It determines an organisation’s ability to engage its volunteers, make clear decisions, navigate change and sustain its mission over the long term.

Governance self-assessment

Take a step back and look at how your organisation works.

When you’re too close to the situation, it can sometimes be difficult to assess your organisation’s governance objectively. The governance self-assessment tool offered by Loya and Benevolt allows you to gain a clear, shared understanding of your situation in just a few minutes.
