Catherine Broyez
For over 30 years, Catherine has been supporting organizations in their transformations, particularly in the areas of associative projects, internal organization, management, human resources, and development strategy.
Committed since 2010 to NGOs and actors in the social and solidarity economy, she has worked in many sectors, particularly in the field of rights advocacy, and has led more than 50 missions.
She bases her interventions on the mobilization of collective intelligence, with tools adapted to each structure.

Hadil Bouziane
Graduate in geopolitics from the French Institute of Geopolitics Hadil completed her end-of-course internship at LOYA for which she continues to carry out various assignments.
Trained in the analysis of risks, radicalisation processes and extremism, she is interested in contemporary issues related to these dynamics. With a background in History and Political Science, she works on research, monitoring and writing activities in international contexts.

Yolanda Carcar
Brusels
An expert in interculturality, trained in communication and public relations, and multilingual, Yolanda supports Nabila by collecting stories in Dutch and translating our materials.

Natacha Waksman
A former diplomat for over 10 years in France and abroad as a security specialist, political advisor, and negotiator on European defense policy, Natacha now works as a mediator for the non-profit and private sectors, as well as on interpersonal and collective mediation assignments to ease tensions and conflicts.

Rafael Tyszblat
Consultant, mediator, facilitator, and trainer in the fields of conflict resolution and inter-identity dialogue. Rafael designs and leads dialogue programs between young people from North America, Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, as well as within European societies between members of antagonistic communities.
With 20 years of experience, ranging from interfaith dialogue to mediation in the educational, family, social, and corporate sectors, as well as post-conflict interventions, he has trained and supported thousands of young people and adults to equip them with effective communication skills.

With deep roots in the voluntary sector, we understand its realities and organisational, human and financial challenges. Sara Guillet
A lawyer by training and independent consultant, Sara has developed expertise in project design, monitoring, and evaluation. She draws on her experience as an evaluator of projects funded by the EU or AFD, as an expert in results-oriented monitoring (ROM) missions, and as an assessor for EU calls for proposals. For the past 20 years, she has been supporting civil society actors and the European Commission through training and personalized consulting.

Axelle Massuet
An international professional with 20 years of experience in designing and managing development aid projects, Axelle works with NGOs and government agencies. Committed to personal development, she combines creativity, leadership, and organizational skills to make project management accessible through participatory approaches, practical exercises, and experience sharing, drawing on her expertise as a trainer of young leaders and European projects.

Laurent Duarte
Recognized for his expertise in human rights and supporting democratic processes, Laurent assists organizations in network facilitation, collective dynamics, and advocacy strategies.
With 10 years of experience in NGO facilitation and management, he co-founded and directed Tournons La Page, strengthening his expertise in civil society, particularly in French-speaking Africa.
A lecturer at IRIS Sup’, he remains involved in collectives working for justice and human rights. He documents the evolution of democratic processes and citizen engagement through his newsletter, Democrazy, and the publication of several articles (Afrique XXI, Revue Projet, etc.).
