ABOUT US

Fabrice Teicher
LOYA is a consulting and training firm founded by Fabrice Teicher.
Fabrice has been working for nearly 25 years on hate speech, racism, and discrimination. A historian by training and a specialist in conspiracy theories, he coordinated the educational department of the Shoah Memorial in Paris for six years.
Since 2015, he has been leading and participating in programs to prevent violent extremism in France and abroad, in schools and prisons, as well as with professionals confronted with the rise of racism, extremism, and radicalization, and with international institutions in Europe, Asia, and Africa. He trains professionals who work directly with the public on DEI issues: businesses, teachers, civil servants, social workers, etc.
Having worked for many years in the non-profit sector, notably as director of an NGO, Fabrice also helps NGOs and foundations as a consultant in strengthening their structure (strategy, governance, internal organization), as well as in scaling up (creating coalitions, developing new activities).

Fabrice regularly acts as an expert for UNESCO, the European Commission (RAN network and EU-Knowledge HUB), and the Council of Europe.
