OUR APPROACH
Our support and training programs are based on extensive and ongoing field experience. Our thinking informs our actions, and our actions inform our thinking. We work on constantly evolving topics with audiences that are also changing, and we always stay closely attuned to these developments.
When we work with organizations or individuals, our role is not to dictate a direction, but to help each person go where they want to go. Change that is co-created together is more legitimate, and its adoption is easier.
Our approach is based on participatory and collective intelligence methods, which always build upon existing systems. Beyond diagnosis and needs assessment, we develop solutions with our clients, not for them.
In practical terms, we help to develop positions and solutions: taking a step back, identifying priorities, exploring possibilities, and envisioning the future. We guide the thinking process without replacing it. We also contribute our industry experience to enrich the discussions and open up new perspectives.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Trust and empathy: working on sensitive topics requires a strong relationship of trust with the facilitator. This trust is built over time and is never a given. It rests, in particular, on an absolute guarantee of confidentiality in all discussions.
Collective intelligence: we always start with the group: with its words, its lived experience, its expertise. Our role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to help individuals and organizations mobilize their own resources to find their own solutions, drawing on the strength of the group.
A systemic approach: everyone holds a part of the problem and a part of the solution. That's why we make sure to work with all stakeholders, from management to the field, so that everyone can participate and then better take ownership of the solutions.
Listening and adapting: over time, we have developed proven tools and intervention formats. But we remain vigilant in constantly adapting our approach, even if it means fundamentally questioning it, to best address each situation.
